You can buy a replacement from HDi-Tuning.co.uk that's been deactivated (immobiliser) and from then on, no more immo, but it will start the car. Email remap@hdi-tuning.co.uk - the owner is called Steve, he'll want photos of the ECU label and if he has one to supply, will sell you a replacement that will work.
Citroen Berlingo 1.6 hdi - Fuel rail pressure low- fault code P1113. Hi, i've got a bit of a troublesome problem with my 2006 Berlingo 1.6 hdi. The problem started about a week ago, when the engine gets warm and you go above 2500rpm the engine starts to splutter and cut out.
Re: berlingo 1.9d van wont start. by spider » Sun Aug 19, 2012 1:52 pm. Check for fuel as above, just undo one injector pipe (injector end) a half a turn or a turn at most. Pop a piece of rag around it. Crank the engine for a few seconds then go and see if the rag is wet with fuel or not. Andy.
Hello folks, I found this forum when Googling for Berlingo starting problems and even after searching on here I have found others with an identical problem but no convincing solution. I have an 05 Multispace 2.0 HDi and it starts fine as long as the temperature is above freezing. As soon as it gets to freezing it takes a good bit of cranking
Hi all, Long time lurker, first time poster. I own a 2007 reg Peugeot Parnter 1.6 HDi (90 BHP). Excellent van, smooth driving, plenty of oomph and easy on juice - even in rural Ireland. I have a problem creeping up this past few weeks. When I'm driving along, a STOP warning light appears flashing and the 3 audible beeps sound.
Note: versions 9HX and 9HY do not have a particulate filter and 9HV and 9HZ have a particulate filter. So, the 1.6-liter 1.6 HDi engine was developed by Peugeot engineers at the request of Ford and PSA. It is produced in England, France and India. The engine debuted in 2004 in the Peugeot 407 and is still in production today.

Berlingo 2.0 hdi models of this age with siemens injection are fitted with a 5ws40025 e-t ecu. The last 2 letters pertaining to the type of software fitted ive been told. Ive seen many for sale ending ct.ft.ht.gt and the like the et version being a bit scarce and only fitted to berlingo/partner models.

Our 1.6 HDi Berlingo never had a working relay for the glowplugs and never had a hard start. I did swap the one in the Mini as it was easy to access (it's right in front of you when you open the bonnet so no digging around in the dark trying to spot it) but then found that two out of the four glowplugs were u/s so just put the old relay back in
